Welding
Welding for the Industry
At QuickTube NMF Industries, we offer welding services in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We efficiently assist you with your tasks if you lack the capacity or certification in-house.
We provide support throughout the entire process, leveraging our extensive experience to help you deliver a finished product that meets your customers' expectations.
TIG welding
We perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel and aluminum. Most often, we deliver this type of welding to industries where quality requirements are particularly high.
MIG and MAG welding
With MIG and MAG welding, we have the ability to weld materials and components that are typically difficult to handle. The method is performed at all angles and usually requires only minimal post-processing.
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) is often used for welding aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals, where the gas is inert, meaning it does not participate in the welding process.
MAG (Metal Active Gas) is commonly used for welding steel materials with CO₂ (carbon dioxide), where the gas contributes to both melting and the molten pool.
Our welding robot has been upgraded with a CMT welder, which means that the robot welds much better and can weld thinner aluminum materials, among other benefits.
The robotic welder can handle a workpiece weight of 1,100 kg and can perform TIG/MIG/MAG and CMT welding with seam tracking.
