Tube and Sheet Metal Processing

Flowdrilling and Threading

With Flowdrill technology, you can create threads and bushings directly in thin-walled materials such as mild steel and stainless steel. It forms robust bearing holes, replacing elements like welding nuts, thread studs, welded brackets, and other reinforcements. Above all, it's a time-saving process in your production. Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal Bending

We offer laser cutting of sheet metal parts and bending of components. This ranges from fine surface elements in stainless steel to larger and coarser components in standard mild steel.

With extensive know-how and experience, QuickTube NMF Industries provides sheet metal laser cutting. We ensure high quality and excellent results for our customers. Laser cutting allows for precision down to 0.1 mm. This means minimal heat impact and fast, efficient cutting of sheets. With 3 press brakes, we can handle lengths up to 6100mm and exert a force of 320 tons.

Modern sheet metal bending requires high precision, material quality, and, most importantly, experience. While sheet metal processing machines work very accurately, material quality and tolerance requirements place high demands on both machinery and the skills of the employees. Therefore, QuickTube is the right partner for your company.

At QuickTube NMF Industries, we always strive to deliver high and consistent quality within the desired delivery time. Quality, documentation, and traceability are natural prerequisites for us to be a supplier to even the most demanding industries.

Bending and Rolling of Tubes and Profiles

We offer precise bending and rolling of metal tubes.

In rolling, the tubes are placed in the rolling mill. A series of cylinders press the tubes together and process them. This ensures that the tubes achieve the desired size and thickness. Rolling tubes thus produces a unique result. We can provide tube rolling for a wide range of items and profiles.

Tube bending is a service that has seen increasing demand. Many companies use bent tubes for various products, as tube bending is often a more cost-effective solution than traditional welded methods. Tube bending is used for both small and large batch sizes.
